Conclusion
n As educators, if we fail to be different, if we fail
to press the envelope and dare to challenge both
our students’ and our own barriers or comfort
levels, we will never truly educate.  Rather, we
will continue to allow fear to alienate us from
each other and breed yet more damaging
stereotypes.  In effect, remaining in our comfort
zone will cause us to fail to “bring the Outsider
in.”
